Prana was created from a simple but deeply felt need:a place to land.
What started with a desire to share holistic, fresh-ingredient smoothies became a gathering point for the east side of Austin. We added an outdoor cold plunge to our café, hosted breathwork and outdoor movement classes, and eventually expanded our vision to the lot next door.
Not a place to rush through or perform wellness, but a place to return to — again and again — where movement feels intentional, breath feels available, and community feels genuine. We believe wellness isn’t built in grand gestures, but in small, consistent rituals that support real life.
At Prana, yoga, Pilates, breathwork, mindful meditation, and gathering are offered as tools for steadiness and resilience. Our space is designed to feel warm, grounded, and human — a place where people are seen without needing to explain themselves, and where care is felt in the details.
We are here to support presence, not perfection. To create rhythm instead of pressure. To offer a space that holds you — whether you come to move, to breathe, to connect, or simply to be.
